Fall sunset sessions are amazing! The sunset is earlier in the day, so you can get your session in before dinner time. Unfortunately, it might be a little chilly. This was a fun session at the Mukilteo Lighthouse. Jack and Ava were troopers even though it was a little cold. The beach is always fun to finish the session on. Enjoy my favorite images from Christina, Marcin, Jack and Ava's session.

We lucked out on the weather for this family's session last weekend! We got a little bit of sunshine, some clouds and some warm temperatures. Winston and Colin were such a fun brother duo to photograph. Here are some of my favorite images of Kerry, Cary, Winston and Colin.
It's always a pleasure to see clients every year. Erik and Wendi are no exception. We had a lot of fun riding on the golf carts to each spot for these family photos. Here are some of my favorite images of this fun family!
Trying to coordinate a photo session in early spring was a bit problematic. The weather caused us to push back Chloe's senior photos. We were able to get them done just in time for her yearbook deadline, though. Chloe had the best companion during her session, her dog Maple. Maple did a great job making Chloe feel comfortable and cheerful. Here are some of my favorite images of Chloe (and Maple). Congratulations class of 2023!
When Mariela wanted to get her senior photos taken at Post Alley, I knew it would be a fun session. We were able to find some fun murals and views of the Great Wheel. We definitely had to get a few images next to the gum wall, because why wouldn't we? Here are some of my favorite images of Mariela. Congratulations Class of 2023!
Gasworks park has some of the best city views in Seattle, especially during sunset. I was so excited to do a photo session here. We got lucky with no clouds so the sunset was amazing with the Space Needle in the background. Here are some of my favorite images of Kristina, Spencer, Skyler and Maisie.
I had the pleasure to photograph Paige's family last week! I love Whidbey Island so I enjoyed the location. We tried to keep the kids occupied with soccer, bubbles and the beach. Shay had very strong feelings about being in pictures, while Rio couldn't let go of his soccer ball. I think he's going to be a soccer star! Here are some of my favorite images from that winning session.
Fall in the PNW is so beautiful and the colors of the season seem to be lasting longer this year. This family was so fun to photograph. Gigi and Hudson had a lot of fun racing and hugging it out. We even had an unexpected visitor...the sun, for a few minutes! Here are some of my favorite images of Jason, Jenny, Christina, Gigi and Hudson.
Fall weather is very unpredictable in PNW. A couple weeks ago we were wearing shorts and all of a sudden the rain and cold swept in. I was expecting more cloudy weather on this October afternoon, but the sun paid us a visit instead. The woods were a great addition to this otherwise beachy location. And of course, I got to see my favorite twins, Jack and Ava. Jack was loving the camera and Ava eventually warmed up and gave me some smiles. Here are some of my favorite images of Marcin, Christina, Jack and Ava.
PNW summer is sticking around until October this year. Last weekend we also dealt with some haze and smoke, unfortunately. This family was so fun to work with, it didn't even faze them. Little Winston stole the show and mom-to-be, Kerry, was glowing! We went from the woods to the beach and had lots of laughs. Enjoy some of my favorite moments of Kerry, Cary, and Winston.
A photo session with a puppy? It's a little tricky...but we tried! Here are some of my favorite images of Emily, Lindsey, Lilly and Crosby.
Family photos and a bouquet in one! That's what we ended up with at the end of this family session among the sunflowers. The weather was overcast and definitely still a bit smoky but we had a lot of fun admiring and picking flowers. Here are some of my favorite images of Wendi, Erik, Cole and Greyson.
I love beaches for any photo session. Richmond Beach was the perfect backdrop for Maximus' senior session. We even snuck in a few images of the whole family (which I always encourage during senior sessions). Here are some of my favorite images from this session. Congratulations Maximus and class of 2023!
Summertime is such an exceptional season! The warm temperatures and the long days mean lots of outdoor time. I love it when I can squeeze in a beach session in the summer. This session was in Edmonds and I love that we were able to capture a ferry in the background of some of the photos. Jennifer, Sam, Leah and William were so fun to capture at the golden hour. We had fun running, rock throwing, climbing logs, and watching the ferries. Here are some of my favorite images from this family's session.
Keegan's senior session had some great views of the Seattle skyline. When we were contemplating where to take Keegan's photos, we decided that Gasworks park is the perfect place to get a few images with the Space Needle in the background. We had fun switching from parklike, urban and water views. Here are some of my favorite images of Keegan. Congratulations Keegan and class of 2022!
January photo sessions can be difficult to schedule. There isn't a lot of light during the day and PNW is usually very rainy. Somehow we managed to fit in a great senior session on a sunny January day! Sophia was so fun and easy to work with and it shows in these images. Below is a few of my favorites from Sophia's session. Congratulations Sophia and class of 2022!
Baby Dylan joined his family in early December. It was a joy to photograph the third addition to the Wham family. Dylan seems so sweet and very laid back and is adored by big brother Lucas and big sister Callie. Here are some of my favorite images from this newborn session.
This time of year I become very good friends with the weather app. Sometimes it pays off, as it did when we did this family session at Magnuson Park. We finished the session right as the rain started, but from these images you'd never guess that. I had so much fun with Jenny, Jason, Hudson and Gigi. We took a very nice tour of the park trying to stay in some shade. Here are some of my favorite images from this session.
Golden Gardens Beach was busy with kite boarders last weekend. This meant we were fighting some strong winds during this photo session. Diana, Charley, Charlotte and Frankie were very fun to work with and willing to adapt to the strong winds. We had lots of fun watching the sail boats and blowing bubbles, while Frankie chased them. Here are some of my favorite images from this beach session.
Fall can mean beautiful yellow and red colors, but it can also mean lots of rain in the PNW. Trying to find a window of good weather for family pictures can be a challenge, but when you get some clear skies it can be amazing! We didn't get clear skies during this session but we lucked out with no rain. Jack and Ava are always fun to capture as they are my favorite twins! Here are some of my favorite images of Christina, Marcin, Ava and Jack.
Senior photos are always a great change of pace for me. Ethan gave me a great tour of Sumner as we took his photos at Sumner High School, the Puyallup River and downtown Sumner. Congratulations Ethan and Class of 2022! Here are some of my favorite images from Ethan's session.
Jim and Alix tied the knot in a cozy ceremony in Seattle. I met with them before the ceremony to document the wonderful day. They were so easy to work with. I could tell this was the happiest day of their life and I was glad to be able to photograph it. Here are some of my favorite images from their big day!
I got the pleasure to hang out with the Hroncich family at the Ballard Locks. I always look forward to photographing Erik, Wendi, Cole and Greyson. We had so much fun exploring parts of this park. Here are some of my favorite images from their session.
Summer is my favorite season for family sessions. Everyone is warm, the sun is shining and the rain is minimal. But right before this session I heard thunder, so I got a little worried. Thankfully, it didn't rain and we got some really great photos. The kiddos (Leah and Will) were so fun to chase with my camera and so energetic. I had so much fun with the Jeffries family. Here are some of my favorite images of Jennifer, Samuel, Leah and William.
